The winners of the Northern California Bluegrass Awards are selected by vote of the members of the Northern California Bluegrass Society each year. The nomination and voting process will begin at the NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, August 7-9. The awards ceremony will be a part of the 2010 NCBS Bluegrass On Broadway Festival.
