Here is updated ticket information for the August and September Northern California Bluegrass Society festivals:

Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival, August 7-9

NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival advance ticket purchasers should bring an ID to the gate. Your tickets will be waiting. The last day to use a credit card or PayPal to purchase GOF tickets online is Sunday, August 2, 2009. Only cash and checks can be accepted at the gate.  There will be plenty of tickets at the gate. Friday-Sunday camping in either tents or RVs is free with all multi-day tickets. Thursday night camping (after noon) is $10/person. Jake’s Brown Barn Bluegrass Festival, September 11-13

One month reminder: Discount advance ticket sales for the 4th annual Jake’s Brown Barn Bluegrass Festival end on September 1, 2009. The NCBS-sponsored festival is set for September 11-13 in San Martin. Advance purchase saves $5 per ticket for the general public. Members of the Northern California Bluegrass Society, California Bluegrass Association, Redwood Bluegrass Associates, or Santa Clara Valley Fiddlers Association save $10 on each advance ticket purchase.
