This year the Northern California Bluegrass Society is sponsoring the Jake’s Brown Barn Bluegrass Festival for the first time. This little gem of an event is four years old and honors its founder, the late Jake Quesenberry. The September 11-13 line-up is amazing for such an intimate gathering– a treat for traditional bluegrass music fans! Dix Bruce & Jim Nunally will be there! Here, the guitar duo plays an informal  ”Dark Hollow” for their fans at a recent NAMM show on YouTube.
