NCBS President Michael Hall attended the IBMA Leadership Bluegrass Alumni Master Class on September 27, 2009 in Nashville. The class focused on recruiting and managing volunteers and employees in bluegrass organizations, and was taught by Suzanne Hays of the Franklin Covey Institute.

Hall also serves on the committee that organized the class, which was held the day before the September 28-October 4 IBMA World of Bluegrass Convention.
