February 12-21, 2010 Will Mark 11th Year For NCBS San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival

2010 is the 11th year for the San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival, launched by the Northern California Bluegrass Society in 2000 as the “San Francisco Bluegrass Festival.” Here is how the San Francisco Bay Guardian newspaper reported the brand new event to readers:
