#@$#@#$@$ — Is there no way to prevent scheduling conflicts? Are they deliberate? This conflicts with the Sonoma festival.

  2. Stewart Says:

I didn’t pick the date but I think I can safely say the conflict is not deliberate. It’s just a matter of finding dates that work for the organizers, the venues, the city, etc. on a crowded calendar.

Mark Hogan has had the same weekend for the Sonoma thing for years. It’s either heedless or worse to collide on major events so close geographically, but it shouldn’t happen. The RBA and the CBA coordinate. The RBA coordinates with the SFBGOT. The NCBS seems not to coordinate with fellow organizations. Maybe the BoB scheduler can explain how this happened.
