The Northern California Bluegrass Society’s Aromas Grange Concert Series continues on Saturday, May 15, 2010 with  Carol Denney and the famed Aromas Vocal Yocals (Bill Hunter, Chris McDougal, and Richard Smith). Dinner is at 4:30pm with the concert beginning at 6:00pm at the historic Aromas Community Grange Hall, Bardue Street at Rose Avenue, Aromas, CA. Tickets: $8 advance/$10 door.

Carol Denney is an award-winning singer-songwriter who plays guitar, fiddle, and concertina. A Berkeley-based folk hero, champion of the homeless and editor of Berkeley’s “Pepper Spray Times,” she will entertain with her music and humor. The Vocal Yocals will play a mix of originals and old favorites by such artists as Bob Dylan, Kate Wolf and Greg Brown.
