A Jam At The Main Barn, Historic Johnson Farm

The 11th Annual Johnson Farm Picking Party is set for this Saturday afternoon, August 27, Noon-7:00pm near Boulder Creek, in the lovely Santa Cruz Mountains. This FREE event is hosted by the Abbott Family, the Johnson Family, and the Northern California Bluegrass Society. The historic 92-acre Johnson Farm, homesteaded in the 1800s, is the ideal setting for this annual gathering for informal music. The  mountain meadows, huge trees, and picnic tables make you want to while away the day picnicking, jamming, taking walks, and visiting. Bring your instrument — or just come to listen.
