The 7th Annual Jake’s Brown Barn Bluegrass Reunion, started by the late Jake Quesenberry as the “Brown Barn Bluegrass Festival” in 2006, has become a treasured season-closing South Bay gathering due to broad-based efforts across the area bluegrass music community.

The reunion weekend is presented by The Quesenberry Family and by The Music Medics, a local non-profit organization that provides healing music and encouragement to seriously-ill hospital and hospice patients.

The weekend gathering receives substantial sponsorship assistance from the Northern California Bluegrass Society and Redwood Bluegrass Associates.

The 2012 reunion will be held October 12-14 at the historic Franklin Ranch in Gilroy.
