The final weekend of the musical Big River — The Adventures Of Huckleberry Finn is this Friday and Saturday evenings, July 27 and 28, in Hollister.

The roots-music play is sponsored by the Northern California Bluegrass Society and presented by the San Benito Stage Company at the historic Granada Theater, located downtown at 336 Fifth Street.

These musical performances are benefits that will help fund facilities  improvements including restroom upgrades at Bolado Park in Tres Pinos — site of the Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival.
