Music Near The Hearth, Sunnyvale

Music Near The Hearth will bring Bangers & Grass to Sunnyvale on Sunday evening, September 30. This bluegrass house concert is sponsored by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.

Bangers & Grass features: Bill Evans, banjo; Jim Nunally, guitar; Chad Manning, fiddle; Tom Bekeny, mandolin; Steve Pottier, bass. The East Bay band performs monthly at the Kensington Circus Pub between the members’ busy touring schedule with their other bands. This is their first visit to the South Bay.

This will be the last Music Near The Hearth program for 2012. Guests enjoy a elegant potluck dinner before the musical portion of the program.
