Cathy Fink and Marxer have been nominated for many Grammy awards for their family music albums, but they also have roots in bluegrass. They were part of the band Blue Rose that also included Laurie Lewis and Sally van Meter. Pocketfull of Stardust is the third in a trilogy of albums for bedtime. The songs start with some higher energy rhythms and progress to counting stars and quiet whispers. There's a wealth of good harmonies and instruments and will be a special nighttime album for the children in your life.

Bon Appetit Song List: Bon Appetit, Breakfast Power, Big Strong Muscles, Water, The Garden Song, Potato, Germs, Hula Hoop, A Little Taste of This A Little Taste of That, Aerobics, Number One, Banana, Five A Day, Food Jokes, Food Pyramid, Here's One Wish. Bon Appetit was written with assistance from the Center for Science in the Public Interest and the Micronutrient Initiative but this is not a dull catalog of vitamins and minerals. The songs have a bright, bouncy beat and the University Park Elementary School Chorus joins them in "Number One," a song celebrating self esteem. "Breakfast Power" is a swing rhythm salute to eating a hearty breakfast to build "Big Strong Muscles." Dave Mallett's "Garden Song" is also included here as well as Cheryl Wheeler's "Potato" song done with a polka rhythm and accordion. "Food Jokes" with its collection of "corny" jokes will have you in giggles and the clever "A Little Taste of This, A Little Taste of That" is done to the samba "Tico Tico." There's a smorgassbord of musical flavors - sit down and have a snack!
