Boulder Creek Bluegrass & Old Timey Festivals

Put on by Eric & Barbra Burman and sponsored by the NCBS, the Brookdale Bluegrass Festivals were wintertime indoor festivals held between 1999 and 2009 at the now-closed Brookdale Lodge . The Winter 2009 Festival was held in Bonny Doon. The festivals are now held in Boulder Creek with the main stage at Scopazzi’s Restaurant.  The events are now known as the Boulder Creek Bluegrass & Old Timey Festival and is held three times each year, in March, July, and December. Spring Brookdale Bluegrass Festival To Be Held At New Venue In Tres Pinos On March 9-11

The Spring Brookdale Bluegrass Festival will be held at a NEW VENUE, the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos.

The event has previously been held in the Santa Cruz Mountains several times each year since 1998. This year’s festival is set for March 9-11, 2018.

Shows will be held both indoors and outdoors. Camping is available.

Brookdale Bluegrass has announced the performance schedule for the Spring 2018 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival, set for March 9-11 at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos (Note new location). All Brookdale festivals since 1998 have been welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.

NCBS To Welcome Spring 2018 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival In Tres Pinos March 9-11

The Spring Brookdale Bluegrass Festival presented by Brookdale Bluegrass will be held at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos.

The festival is welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society and will be held March 9-11, 2018.

The Spring 2018 Brookdale Bluegrass Festival will be held at the San Benito County Historical Park in Tres Pinos on March 9-11.

This is the same venue that will host the August 9-12 NCBS Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival. (The 2018 Brookdale event was previously announced for the Mount Cross Camp in Ben Lomond.)

The festival will be held indoors and both tent and RV camping will be available. Some shows will be held indoors and others outdoors.

The Brookdale Bluegrass Festivals are presented by Brookdale Bluegrass and have been held at various San Lorenzo Valley venues since 1998. All Brookdale festivals have been welcomed by the Northern California Bluegrass Society.
