The Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society has announced the band line-up for the Saturday, May 21, 2011 Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair at the Duck Pond Stage in San Lorenzo Park, next to the courthouse in downtown Santa Cruz:

The FREE Noon-5:00pm event is the oldest outdoor public concert series in Santa Cruz and the longest-running event presented by the NCBS/SCBS. Thanks to Mike McKinley & his hardworking crew for making it happen!
The 2011 Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair will be held on the THIRD Saturday in May – May 21 – due to a schedule conflict with the usual first Saturday date. The Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society/Northern California Bluegrass Society has held the Fair each May since 1987. It is a FREE afternoon concert in the park with warm spring sun, warm spring fever, and warm spring bluegrass fun. Plan to join us at the Duck Pond Stage in San Lorenzo Park, next to the courthouse in downtown Santa Cruz.

The 24th Annual Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair will be held on the THIRD SATURDAY IN MAY, May 21, 2011 at the Duck Pond Stage in San Lorenzo Park near the courthouse in downtown Santa Cruz. The traditional spring kick-off of the outdoor bluegrass season has been moved from the usual first Saturday in May due to a date conflict. The FREE concert in the park is the oldest Northern California Bluegrass Society/Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society event (since 1987).
The FREE 2011 Santa Cruz Bluegrass Fair will be held on Saturday, May 21 at the Duck Pond Stage in San Lorenzo Park near the courthouse in downtown Santa Cruz. The oldest event (since 1987) of the Santa Cruz Bluegrass Society (NCBS/SCBS) is a glorious rite of spring and a great afternoon of music in the park. More details will be announced soon by organizer Mike McKinley and his committee.
Please make a note on your calendar that this year’s Bluegrass Fair is the Third Saturday in May due to a scheduling conflict. The fair will return to the regular First Saturday in May next year.
