The NCBS SFBOT Committee has announced the preliminary schedule for the 13th Annual San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival, set for February 10-19, 2012 in San Francisco, Alameda, and Marin Counties.

Benefit Concert For 2012 NCBS San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Festival Is January 12

The annual NCBS San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival Benefit Show will be held at Cafe du Nord in San Francisco on Thursday, January 12, 2012.

Bands: Buck Wild & The Boss Hossers, Misisipi Mike & The Midnight Gamblers, The Creak, and The Juncos, according to organizer Shelby Ash, “four of the hottest, freshest, and beardiest bands around these parts.”

The 13th Annual SFBOT will come to venues in San Francisco, Alameda, and Marin Counties February 10-19. The NCBS festival is produced by the Northern California Bluegrass Society SFBOT Committee chaired by Tom Lucas.

The benefit concert showtime is 8:00pm (doors open at 7:00pm), and the address is 2170 Market Street, San Francisco. The suggested donation is $10-20.

Line-Up Announced for 2012 NCBS San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival

The initial line-up for the 13th Annual NCBS San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival has been announced by the SFBOT Committee.

The 2012 bands: Kleptograss, The Jugtown Pirates, Misisipi Mike & The Midnight Gamblers, Snap Jackson & The Knock On Wood Players, The Trespassers, Windy Hill, Cahalen Morrison & Eli West, Good Luck Thrift Store Outfit, The New Five Cents, Misisipi Rider, Henhouse Prowlers, BrownChicken BrownCow StringBand, Kathy Kallick, The Brothers Comatose, Susie Glaze & the Hilonesome Band, Erik Clampitt, Pine Box Boys, Water Tower Bucket Boys, Mad Cow Stringband, Taco Jam, Black Crown Stringband, Stairwell Sisters, The Earl Brothers.

The festival will be held February 10-19, 2012 at various venues in San Francisco, Alameda, and Marin Counties.

NCBS San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival Committee Is Organizing For 2012

The NCBS San Francisco Bluegrass & Old Time Festival Committee is cranking up for the 2012 Festival which will be held at venues all over the Bay Area February 10-19.
