Well here's your chance to “take the stage” at the Freight & Salvage, the Bay Area's premier venue for bluegrass, folk, and American roots music!!
“Take the Stage” is a band performance workshop bringing aspiring musicians from around the Bay Area together to learn and perform music with expert coaching from professional musicians. The workshop culminates in a performance at the world-class Freight & Salvage.
The workshop is eight two-hour sessions over 10 weeks for $350 (some discounts available for needed instruments), plus:
- A bonus class with guest Grammy–Award winning coaches
- A sound orientation and dress rehearsal onstage
- CBA Most Inspirational Player Award with free tickets to the Father’s Day Bluegrass Festival
- Entry into the TTS Alumni Network, providing ongoing performance opportunities, mini-workshops and network with over 200 alumni for jamming and building your band
