For the

Americana Music Festival in Historic Virginia City, NV.

To be considered, please follow these submission requirements:
 
 1.  Deadline for submissions is Jan 15, 2012

2.  Submit, either hard copies via US mail, or electronically:

      ~ Three MP3 recordings featuring the artists that wish to be

          considered

     ~ List of names of artists in the ensemble (must be the same artists

          performing on the recordings)

      ~ Photograph of the ensemble in performance attire (must be the same

          artists performing on the recordings)

      ~ Diagram of performance stage requirements

      ~ List of recent appearances

      ~ Full contact information, including any website addresses (MySpace,

          YouTube, etc.)

If you have previously submitted a promo to us, you may re-submit for the 2012 event by simply sending us any updated or changed information.

Band selections will be made by an independent committee of community volunteers.  Announcements of the 2012 lineup will be made on or before Feb. 28, 2012.

   
The Traditional American Music Project is a 501c3 arts and education organization.  We are funded in part by grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, the State of Nevada and the Nevada Commission on Tourism.  Fees offered to artists are contingent upon grant awards, corporate and individual sponsorships and ticket revenue.
